Methane emissions are a significant source of greenhouse gas emissions in the Oil & Gas industry, as methane is “more than 25 times as potent as carbon dioxide at trapping heat in the atmosphere” (U.S. EPA). One of the simplest and easiest ways to significantly reduce these emissions are by using instrument air systems to eliminate vented gas from pneumatic devices. Instrument air can be powered by grid, or at off-grid locations the EZ Air can be powered by Global Power Technologies’ MX PrimeGen or with your existing on-site generator.
